In just a few days our team will be heading out to San Francisco to represent New Jersey Team in Training for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.. Thank you to all who have supported me (us) over the last 5+ months!

I still have at least $1,015 to raise for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society...together we're making a difference - and EVERYONE who has been on this ride with me has gotten me here and is helping save lives! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! much love, nicole.

Still obeying the taper, increasing carb intake , resting and getting ready to run for everyone affected by cancer.

I just returned from our Nike Women's Marathon Send-Off Celebration - and what I like to call - "get pumped" meeting!

I am so grateful for everyone's support since I started this challenge back in April. My teammates, mentors, coaches, friends, family - what an AWE-some experience so far - I feel so fortunate to have you all in my life! $1265 to go! In a week, I'll be waking up in a few hours with my teammates leaving shortly after on a flight to SF..together we're making a difference - and EVERYONE who has been on this ride with me has gotten me here and is helping save lives! Update: October 3, 2009 -

15 days until the big day..NIKE Women's Marathon with Team in Training for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Raising money and training for all individuals who have battled and are battling blood cancers every day.

I'm off to put in my mileage for the day and continue increasing awareness of blood cancers and what people can do to help.

I have $1,850 left to raise and I know I can't do it alone but can and will with your help!

As you may or may not already know I'm training to participate in the NIKE Women's Marathon with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training on OCTOBER 18, 2009!

All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.

I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who have battled and are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
