Racing to Save Lives



Welcome to my Team In Training home page.



I want to give a HUGE thank you to the Sergents and the Williams for hosting a fund raising party for Ellen Roberson and me on Friday September 12. We raised over $5,300 and had a great time. Thanks also to Barrett Mills for getting the bids going with a live auction! And... thank you all who came and made such generous bids! You are each supporting such a worthy cause as we work together to cure leukemia and lymphoma!



I'm training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

I have now completed a 20-mile run. It was hot and humid but "they can't take it away from me"! I hope California is less humid.
