The dance was a huge success. We had 155 people dancing and raised over 1500 for cancer research and patient care. My thanks to everyone who made this possible.
We will have the third annual benefit dance on Feb 27, 2009. Where: Raleigh Elks Lodge at 5538 Leadmine Road, Raleigh, NC.
Doors open at 7 p.m. - free swing lesson with admission of $10. General dancing 8-11:30. We will spin a mix of swing, Latin and ballroom. Join us - tell your friends.
Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I'm training to participate in an endurance event as a member of
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All
of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia,
lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am
completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling
blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we
need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
