Racing to Save Lives



I am bicycling 100 miles in honor of Keith Besser, who sadly passed away from lymphoma related issues last spring. Keith was the father of one of my best friends from high school. But almost as long as I have known him, he was battling against Hodgkin lymphoma. As a group of friends we have struggled with what we could do to help Keith and his family. By participating in this 100 mile bike ride as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training not only will I be doing something for the Besser family but I will also be working so that others do not have to suffer as Keith did.



This will be my first bicycling century and my greatest fundraising goal to date. I would greatly appreciate if everyone could pitch in and support in me in my ride against lymphoma and cancer and help advance LLS's mission.

My daughter ran the Vancouver Marthon for Team in Training. I did the century around Lake Tahoe for Team in Training. Thank you! you go, girl!"
