Running to Put TNT Out of Business

This may seem like a radical idea, but I'd like to live to see the day where Team in Training becomes obsolete because the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) has found a cure for all blood cancers.

My mother passed away in November, 2007 from multiple myeloma. The pictures on this page show her college yearbook, playing with a granddaughter, and with her husband of 52 years. She loved life and I want to raise money so that others can have long lives to love.

This is the third time I've done a marathon with TNT - this time I'm doing San Diego on May 31. Once again I am running not only in memory of my mother but also in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission.

I hope you will visit my web site often. Be sure to check back frequently to see my progress. You can also check my blog at www.mvhuff.wordpress.com.

Thanks for your support!

"Mary, it was great to see you smiling and running along in that heat and humidity late in the run yesterday. I was having trouble staying motivated, but that really helped. Thanks!"
