Next month, I'll be taking part in the Nation's Triathlon. I'll be there as part of the group racing to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I took on this challenge last year and lost over a hundred pounds and raised a bunch of money. This is a charity that is very near and dear to me. My best friend, Justin Van Hoy is pictured above. He's a great guy and had the misfortune of having to face down Leukemia. He's been through hell, but he's doing so much better now.

The least I can do is try and help insure that people in the future won't have such an awful time with such a terrible disease.

I need a lot of help, though. I need to raise money for the great folks at the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. So, please make a contribution. It goes to a phenomenal cause. It really does. It has affected so many people that are close to me. It would mean a whole lot.

A lot of people have contributed already and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. It drives me to drag my ass out into the record breaking heat and swim, bike and run.

And if you can't contribute any money, right now, please repost on Twitter and Facebook. You'd be surprised how many of your friends have been touched by this.
