Triathalon-ing to Save Lives
Hello friends! Welcome to the *Lori Waz * Team In Training home page!!!
I'm training to participate in The Nation's Triathlon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. That's a 1 mile swim, 25 miles of biking, and a 6 mile run. OMG!
On September 14th I'll be jumping in to the Potomac River in DC to begin the race... but until then I will be training and raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.
Please help me by making a donation to support my participation in Team In Training.
My goal is to raise $2400 by September. Of that money, %75 goes directly to helping those people and their families that are affected by leukemia and lymphoma. Some of these people I will even be meeting along the way. The remaining %25 will be used to help train me to swim better, bike faster, and run longer!!
I'm looking forward to keeping everyone updated on my progress. Thanks for your support!
