Every four minutes one person is diagnosed with a blood cancer and every ten minutes someone loses his/her battle to the disease.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is committed to finding cures for leukemia and related diseases as well as improving the lives of those affected by these diseases. This is an ambitious task , but one that can be done with your help!
To help make a diference, I've decided to train for a half ironman as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training.

The Challenge
On May 8th, I will be completing my first triathlon in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. To cross the finish line I will be swimming 1.2 miles, biking 56 miles and then running 13.1 miles. But I need your support to help cross the ultimate finish line - finding a cure!
