Welcome to our Team In Training home page.
Once again, Mitch is running the Marine Corps Marathon with Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s TNT. Watching him finish strong was such a thrill that Amy decided to give it a try this year. So this time, it will be the two of us.
The larger purpose, of course, is to support LLS in its mission-to help find cures and more effective treatments for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma. We both have family connections to the disease, and we are running in honor of Mitch’s grandmother and Amy’s mother.
Please make a donation in support of our efforts with Team In Training and help advance the research for cures.
As for the image, possibly the only thing less expected than Amy running a marathon, is Amy at the CMS detector at CERN. But things happen and we all change. For the better.
