Racing to Save Lives

What up Party People!?!

You may know me best in a wet suit, but I'm switching it up! That's right, from goggles and clips to a trusty pair of running shoes... that I will be wearing when I cross the finish line of the Marine Corps Marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training in October. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.

I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. In particular, one of my past mentees from the good ol' TNT Tri program, Jenny Smith. She rocks my socks even in the summer time. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
