Race to a Cure with Sarah!

Welcome to my Team in Training fundraising page!


As you know, I am an active supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) through their Man & Woman of the Year campaign. I have now decided to extend my LLS mission to include the Team in Training (TNT). This couples well with my desire to have, and to teach others about the importance of our own mind, body, and spirit. We are better volunteers and better fundraisers, if we ourselves are strong.


I have a mission-to help find cures and more effective treatments for blood cancers. To accomplish that mission, I’m participating in the Nike Women's 1/2 Marathon in San Francisco as a member of The LLS Team In Training. Like the other members of TNT, I will be raising funds to help find cures and better treatments for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma. I’m improving the quality of my life by running, and with your support, I can help improve the quality of life for patients and their families.


I am proud to run my first 1/2 marathon this October 14th on behalf of the LLS!
