If you're here you've probably gotten an email or a letter from me and know that I'm training to participate in the LifeTime Triathlon [.93 mile swim, 24.8 mile bike, 6.2 mile run] as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. Thanks for making it this far! I hope you'll visit often. I am raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.
I am completing this event in memory of my Grandma Jane and Aunt Sue, in honor of my friend Heidi who was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2005 and has been in remission for nearly 4 years and in honor of our teammate Eric who's 14 and has Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia.
I continue to hear stories of others that should be mentioned as well, 1. Jim Schroeder, keep fighting Lymphoma! 2. Sarah Bachman Busch you are very much missed. 3. Kay Trapp. 4. Mark Strohmayer.
Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission. Everything helps - there is no donation too large or too small. All donations are 100% tax deductible & approximately 73% goes directly to research and patient aid.
