Let’s Join Together for a Cure!!

After the wonderful experience I had last year during America's Most Beautiful Ride in Lake Tahoe, I've decided to do another century and I can't wait! This time the ride is the Seagull Century on the Eastern Shore. I am riding with Team in Training again to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

We began training in May and have a really wonderful team this year. The best part is our honored team mate, Olivia's father, will be riding as a part of our team. Olivia is a young girl that was diagnosed with Leukemia so it's really special to have her father riding right alongside of us!

This past weekend we rode 30 miles so we are starting to steadily increase our mileage and even rode a solid mile straight up a hill last week!
