In 6 days I have to re-commit myself to the Team in Training for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I have to give them my credit card number, I will not be charged until the 16th of December, but as it stands now, when they charge it, it will go over my limit, So I need to know, Should I re-commit, will you all help me with this, even if you cant donate today or this month but intend on donating, will you give me some indication?

A donation of $25 provides patients and their loved ones with FREE booklets that contain up-to-date information on their disease and help them make informed decisions about their treatment options.

A donation of $50 makes possible a Family Support group with a trained facilitator where comfort can be found and experiences can be shared among patients and family members.

A donation of $100 helps supply laboratory researchers with supplies and materials critical to carrying out their search for cures.

$500 could provide patient aid to THREE patients with Leukemia or a related cancer for a year.

A donation of $1,000 makes possible one- on-one conversations with health care specialists who provide patients with information about their disease, treatment options, and helps prepare them with questions for their health care team.

Did you know an estimated 259,889 people in the US are living with,

or are in remission from, leukemia.(Source)

If you help me reach my fundrasing goals, we can help make that number lower. It doesn't take much, just alittle bit will help, more will help more, but if you can find it in your heart to help us lower these numbers. Please donate today.

I am not only training to run this Marathon, but I am also a donater.

I did my first team run on Saturday. 4 Miles. Although we all ran individual, we all as a team are running for the same cause. We do the running, we will provide the motivation and train together in order to beat our 26.2 miles.

We cannot beat cancer though without your help, we need your donations. While I was running, I thought about my son, about what would happen if he got cancer. It made me run stronger knowing that my run will mean better treatments for children and adults.

Four Miles is just the beginning and as I work my way up to 26.2 miles, I hope you will join me and work up to my personal goal of $4000 and maybe even surpass that goal.

Did you know that Leukemia is the most common cancer in children less

than 20 years old? (Source)

With that in mind please be a part of my team and help us beat Cancer one stride at a time.
