Racing to Save Lives



Welcome to my Team In Training home page.



I'm training to participate in the Mooseman Triathlon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. The event takes place June 6, 2009. I hope to complete the following: swim 1.5K through pristine Newfound Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the world, bike the scenic 44K loop around the lake's shores and through the green pastures and winding backroads of New England; and run 10K along the rolling hills of Newfound Lake's shoreline, with the majestic Granite Ledges in the background.



All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
