Racing to Save Lives
Hello my name Rommel Baylon, and I am raising funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) as a participant in their Team In Training program and I'm asking you to help by making a donation to my fundraising campaign.

TnT Journal
WEEK 3 -day 6 (Team Tranning Day)
-Just found out that there is no blog sectoin and you have to type and update here. Tried out my new water belt, used it once.Ran for 40 minutes, about 4 miles. All in all a good day.
WEEK 3- day 7 (Rest)
-Woke up a 0830 but went to bed at1800 the night before. So yeah I think I am well rested.

WEEK4- day 1(on my own)
-Im sad didnt get to work... I will make it up tommorow
WEEK4- day 2(Strength and conditioning)
-Went to the gym did 30 minute interval on the treadmil. Met up with team for circut trainning. Disappointed with myself, ate chilie cheese ffies at 2300 at Applebee's (THEY WERE FREE). Oh well... I will burn it off tommorow
WEEK4-day 3 (on my own)
-I got to catch up with my friend that was a camp counseler and got to meet his camp crew. Walked around Hollywood Blvd. with the camp crew and one on them was from Australlia and it was his first time.
WEEK4-day 4 (on my own)
Went to the gym and did my 30 min interval on the tredmill with a warmup on the stationary bike. Then did some abs and some laps in the pool and aqua exercise. finally I am gonna walk my baby Mochi (she is my pitbull)
WEEK4- Day 5 (on my own)
Went to the gym and did my strength and edurance class
WEEK4-day 6 (Team in Trainning)
Did the 75 minute interval trainning. I think Im doing well keeping on pace
WEEK4-day 7 (Rest)
Hung out with my girlfriend. We ate dim sum, went grocery shopping, and watched District 9.

WEEK5-day 1 (on my own)
Did yoga in the morning and interval running and shadow boxing at night
WEEK5-day 2 (Strength and conditioning)
I didnt make it to practice. Instead I was running around trying to add classes at Mt. SAC. YEAH SCHOOL!!!!
WEEK5-day 3 (on my own)
Did some Interval running and shadow boxing
WEEK5-day 4 (on my own)
Signed up for Jujitsu...Its been a while and I got tapped out a few times.Its ok live and learn.
WEEK5-day 5 (on my own)
Went to the gym and did my strength and endurance class.
WEEK5-day 6 (Team training)
CANCELED... Did not stop me, went to the gym and did a kickboxing class and step aerobic class
WEEK5- day7 (Rest)
went fishing with my grilfriend, out of Onard. She caught more fish than me (Beginners Luck)

Went to the gym ran some intervals and did my shadowboxing class
WEEk6 day 2 (Strength and conditioning)
Had class but I went to my jiu jitsu class and got a full body workout
WEEK6 day 3 (on my own)
Went to the gym and did a spinning class (Man... I sweat too much)
WEEK 6 day 4
Went to jiu jitsu and got my work out
week 6 day 5 (rest)
took the train to oxnard to meet up with my girlfriend
week 6 day 6 (TNT)
Ran at santa monina. wow 7 miles in an hour, with intervals.
week6 day 7 (rest)
sleep, nap, hung out with girlfriend

Laor day didnt do squat... Im mad at myself
week 7 day 2
ran at the gym and did jiu jitsu
week7 day 3
did some core workout and eliptical at the gym
week7 day 4
Did a medicine ball workout and stairmaster. then danced the night away.
Week7 Day5
Rest. Why? Cuz I am runing 10 miles tomorrow.YAY!!!
Week7 Day6
10 miles. Never ran that many miles. Ran it in 1 hour and 52 minutes. Atleast I finished it. I deserve a rest.

Haven't updated this in forever I am not dure i will me the minimum. O well I will make it up, some way some how. Traning is going well but I found out I strained my IT band. I got to rest up for race day. Going to Vegas this weekend. Wish me luck so I can wiin big and donate.

Ran 16 miles this past Saturday never did that before. It got lonely cuz my run buddy didnt want to aggrivate a pain in her heel. Race day is around the corner. I was so close to my goal. But no sweat I can raise that money in no time.
