My name is Rachel Yonda and I'm honored to be participating in the Rock'n'Roll Marathon, taking place in San Diego this June, as a member of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Team In Training.

UPDATE! March 16th, 2012

I've been having a great time training with the team, meeting some true survivors and hearing some amazingly inspiring stories from my teammates. Over the past month, I've tallied up more than 40 miles of running via the Run Keeper app (and there are even some runs that I forgot to track!). provide an environment where comfort can be found and experiences can be shared

among patients and family members, mediated by a trained facilitator.

Provides 10 patients the opportunity to logon to a webcast or teleconference, and hear

the latest information on treatment for their disease.

Reimburses co-pays not covered by insurance, for a blood cancer patient.
