Racing to Save Lives
Hey Everyone!!! Welcome to my Team in Training donation page!
I've always believed that it is our individual responsibility to make the most of what we are given. Right now I am fortunate enough be given my health, and I feel responsible to use this in a way to benefit those who are not so lucky.
I am now training to participate in San Diego's Rock 'N Roll Marathon (26.2 miles!) as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers-- but in order to get to that finish line, I need your support.
If you know someone who has suffered from leukemia or lymphoma, then you already understand the need for a cure, so please donate in honor of that person. If you do not know someone then who had suffered with this burden then your donation may make it so that you do not have to. Your donation, no matter the amount, will really mean so much to me.
I will update this site with my personal progress, and share the experience with you, so please check back frequently. Thanks for your support!
