Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

Hi Everybody,

In June 2010 I participated in raising funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. With your help I, you and I, raised over $3000 to fight blood cancers. I am back again for the new season to continue the fight. Sadly, in the past year a friend of mine lost a loved one to Leukemia/Lymphoma. A colleague of mine was diagnosed with leukemia and one of my team mates has had to deal with a relapse and treatment. No cancer ever sleeps and that is why my team mates and I keep on getting up VERY early every Sunday morning to get out and train to run. It is why we put together fund raising projects and spend hours asking for donations. We are determined to make blood cancers a memory not a reality.

So, here I go again. On June 5th I will return to San Diego to run the San Diego Rock n' Roll HALF Marathon. Yeah, I'm done with the 26.2 madness (for now)!!! There will be thousands of runners there who have all raised money to fight and, ultimately, find a cure for all blood cancers. Again, I am asking for donations for this cause. Any amount is appreciated.

I'm training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
