Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I'm training to participate in the San Diego Rock n' Roll half Marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers and my Aunt Liz who is curently fighting Lymphoma. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

I am currently running with the full marathoners right now. I completed my first 10 miles ever last week! wow! I am hoping to keep up with them and run the full 26.2 miles May 31st. I am signed up to do the half but who knows miracles can happen lol!
Thanks to everyone who is making this possible. This is trully an amazing cause and really helps people. The money is really being used to fund medicines and ressearch for cures.
