I BEAT IT AND FOR MY 59TH BIRTHDAY, YOU CAN HELP ME HELP OTHERS DO THE SAME!!!!
In 2003 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lymphoma and I am here because people like you donated to Team In Training (TNT) to help find cures for this deadly blood cancer.
For my birthday I am walking the Nike Women's 1/2 Marathon in San Francisco on October 16th (my actual birthday). The 7 miles of hills will be quite challenging, but being a survivor I feel I can conquer anything.
I am asking you to please help by donating to TNT so more people will be as lucky as me. That is the greatest gift you can give me.
I am walking in memory of my mother, Betty Chislov, who died of Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia in 1997 and in honor of all those who are fighting blood cancers.
