On Sunday, October 10th, I will be having a fundraiser at Jersey Mike's Subs in Burbank!
A percentage of sandwichs sold will be donated to the cause!

Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to LisA's Team In Training home page.
Ever wonder what I do in my spare time? I cure cancer.
Well, no, I'm not a scientist, but I am part of the Race for the Cure Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program!
Over the past few weeks, I've been training for the Women's Nike Marathon taking place in October. I've joined with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program. I have committed to raising $2900 and doing this marathon.
My training will be tough, but nowhere near as tough as the doctors' visits, the months of chemotherapy, and the endless poking, prodding’s and needle stickings that cancer patients have gone through. It will be nothing compared to the treatments that thousands of leukemia patients go through every day. I'm in for a long race, but theirs is longer. Every bit helps bring us closer to the finish line, and we'll get there with your help.
75% of my pledged amount of $2900 goes directly to research. Donations are tax deductible. Any amount, even five dollars, would be a huge help to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and get me to the race!
