Racing to Save Lives

HELLO!

I am training for the Nike Women's 1/2 Marathon on October 17th, 2010.

I originally started with Team in Training as a Participant back in 2008. I have always wanted to a Triathlon. Something about doing 3 different sports in one race intrigued me! I really didn't know much about Team in Training or what it was really about. So I signed up and completed my first Triathlon on June 29th, 2008

Well 3 years later, I am still with Team in Training! I am addicted! I have completed 7 Triathlons SO FAR, and I am doing my FIRST 1/2 Marathon in October. I am really excited about this!

I have stayed with Team in Training not only because of the wonderful people I have met but I have really learned what it is all about.

Team in Training which is part of The Leukemia/Lymphoma Society is really an amazing Society! They have raised over a BILLION dollars for people with Blood Cancers.

I am so PROUD to be a part of this Team and continue to help fight for the CURE!

These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
