Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I am excited to say that I am training to participate in the 2011 Nautica Malibu Triathlon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission. I only need 500 people to donate 6 dollars each!!!! But please don't let that stop you from donating more, every little bit counts!!!

I'm racing in honor of my friend Rory Laney who has fought and overcome Burkitt Lymphoma, and has been cancer free for 22 months. His story is so inspirational and It has made my participation in team in training so much more meaningful. He was recently nominated to participate in The man of the year campaign for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Central Ohio chapter.
