Welcome to my Team In Training home page.


This will be my second Disneyland Half Marathon with Team in Training, but my third attempt. I was signed up to do the event last year, and was even a captain for my local team, but I had to drop out because of a knee injury. Since then, I have had knee surgery, walked the LA Marathon, and have started running again. I have rejoined Team in Training, and I am looking forward to running through Disneyland and Angels Stadium again.


Having knee surgery and being unable to run was a difficult time for me. However, it pales in comparison to the challenges faced by those who suffer from leukemia and lymphoma. I have a mission-to help find cures and more effective treatments for blood cancers. Like the other members of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s TNT, I will be raising funds to help find cures and better treatments for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma. I’m improving the quality of my life by participating and with your support, I can help improve the quality of life for patients and their families as well.
