Biking for a Cure

It's that time of year again when I raise funds and train for the 100 mile bicycle ride around Lake Tahoe with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program. Last year's event was so successful and inspirational that I decided to volunteer as a mentor to help others through the program.
All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. We are completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
Please make a generous donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission. If you can, a donation of $100 ( $1 for every mile I ride ) will help me quickly reach, and hopefully, exceed my fundraising goal. But no matter what amount you can contribute, each and every dollar will be greatly appreciated and will help us get a few steps closer to finding a cure.
Another way to contribute is to shop on my Amazon.com affiliate store for your books and electronics. I will pass on to the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society the entire referral fee received from Amazon (4%-6% of every purchase). Start shopping here.
Please tell your friends and family about my mission and spread the word.
Thank you for your generous support!
