"Jessi, You rock AND roll. Keep the goal in sight, but remember that it's the journey, not the destination. I'm sure you will come out a better person because of this challenging experience! And if you ever need some extra motivation, or even a little competitive advice, you know who to call! E PS. Don't forget the trick to move someone out of your way...it's all about the center of gravity! ;). Oh yeah, and don't ever forget to wear sunscreen if you run on the beach for more than 10 miles!"
