Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I'm training to participate in the 2009 Chicago Triathlon on 8/30/2009 as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
I'm thrilled about the outstanding support, and am excited to share that we have not only blown past the minimum Team in Training fundraising goal of $2,000, but have also exceeded my personal stretch goal of $5,000! Thanks to all of you who have contributed... I truly appreciate your support and generosity.

"I can't say enough good things about the Leukemia Society. My sister is living with this disease and they helped her out by paying her monthly $600 copay with a year long grant. So glad to see you are getting lots of support !! I hope to see you "blow your fundraising goal out of the water"!!!"
