Welcome to my Team In Training home page.


I have a mission-to help find cures and more effective treatments for blood cancers. To accomplish that mission, I’m participating in the Chicago Marathon on October 13, 2013, as a member of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Team In Training. Like the other members of TNT, I will be raising funds to help find cures and better treatments for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma. I’m improving the quality of my life by participating and with your support, I can help improve the quality of life for patients and their families as well.


I am training for this event in honor of my husband's mother, Carolyn Wagner, who lost her battle with lymphoma in October 2003. am running to honor her memory, and for all those little people out there, like our precious Sydney and Brayden, who will never truly know how great their Grandma was because of this terrible disease.


The people who are living with these blood cancers are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
