After months of training and fundraising I have surpassed my goal! Thanks to all of you! Thanks for making life-saving research and support possible through your generous donations.

This doesn't mean I'm done, though. I am commited to fundraising for this very noble and personal cause until a cure is found. In the meantime, thousands of patients benefit from your tax deductible donations so please make a tax-deductible donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission.

I have also been nominated to be a mentor for next year's season and have accepted the invitation. I will be competing in another endurance event in the Spring or Summer of 2010 (which one is still to be determined) and, in this new role of mentor, I will play an even more active role by providing tools to others to further their training and fundraising efforts while doing both myself. It is an honor and will do so gladly.
