Racing to Save Lives

Welcome to my Team In Training home page!

I'm training to race in the 2010 Christie Clinic Illinois 1/2 Marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training.

As a member of Team in Training, I am raising money to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's lymphoma, and myeloma from taking more lives. I will be racing the 1/2 Marathon in honor of my coworker Debbie Albright, a 9 year survivor of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Team in Training will help prepare me to race, while I will work to raise money for the cause. Every dollar counts!

My goal is to raise $1200 by March of 2010. So far, I have successfully raised nearly half of my goal. If you donate before February 21, 2010 you will automatically be entered to win the fabulous gift basket pictured on the insert. This unique basket has candles, Bath and Body Works products, chocolate, and more. Every $5 you donate will give you a chance to win and 100% of all donations go to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
