Over $2000!!

THANK YOU, again, to everyone who has donated and shown such incredible support of me and LLS. As of today, my wonderful friends and family have donated over $2000 to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This includes donations that have been mailed to me, added to the dollars that have been contributed through this page (unfortunately the thermometer only measures online donations, so the number here is a little deceiving). Training through TNT has been an amazing experience so far, and is made even more amazing every day through your generosity in the fight against cancer.

I continue to be blown away by the generosity of the people I most love. Total donations to date (including offline donations): $1815 .... closing in on the half-way mark! I'm so thrilled to be doing this on behalf of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This is officially Week 4 of training, and I have to say, I'm loving it! I love my team. I love the running. I'm even choosing to love the little aches and pains.

Fundraising update: With offline donations included, my friends and family have helped raise $1290 for cancer research==and I'm 1/3 of the way to reaching my fundraising goal for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I'm bummed that my offline donations don't show on this page, because everyone's gift means so much!

SO much thanks to everyone who has donated to LLS's race for the cure and for showing your support for me as I undertake this huge challenge. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this experience has been already, for so many reasons, but one of those reasons is YOU. I sent out a few emails last Sunday, with the hope of beginning my fundraising challenge with $500 in pledges the first week. And that goal was realized on Monday, and surpassed on Tuesday. Thank you so much!

Because this page only shows online donations, I'll try to update each week to show the actual number of dollars you've given to cancer research. With the $150 that came in the mail last week added to $650 in online donations, my total on this Saturday is $800. I love all of you for your kind hearts and kind words.
