I'm training to participate in the Walt Disney world 1/2 marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. My mother Patricia Whitehead died of leukemia in 1989. Now, nearly 20 years later while other people are battling this disease I get a chance to help them by raising money for LLS . I will touch the lives of many people I will never meet!
