WELCOME TO MY TEAM IN TRAINING (TNT) HOME PAGE!

MY STORY

As many of you know, I lost both my grandfather and father to Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). My grandfather died the week of his diagnosis, and my father lived just three months with his, passing away September 8, 2015. His diagnosis was terminal and blood transfusions sustained him those three months. To lose him so unexpectedly and so quickly was not something my family was prepared for. I would hate for any other family to have to go through this.

AML is considered rare and little is known about it. I am dedicating the next six months to fundraising for Leukemia research. All of your donations will go directly to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. To help motivate me to reach my goal, I have also registered for my first century--a 100 mile bike ride! If I reach my goal, I can join my team and ride. Don't worry, your donations don't go torward my trip!

By participating as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) TNT, I am raising funds to help find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients.

Your donation will help fund treatments that save lives every day; like immunotherapies that use a person’s own immune system to kill cancer. You may not know it, but every single donation helps save a life with breakthrough therapies such as these.

Patients need these cures and they need your support.
