Georgia Chain Gang - Race Across America - Fund Raising Page

Teams are made up of individuals. Without them, there is no team.
This year I've decided to combine one of my passions with a core purpose. I am supporting a local team cycling in the Race Across America or RAAM. Our team, The Georgia Chain Gang, will cycle 3000 miles non-stop from Oceanside, California to Annapolis, Maryland. If all goes as planned, it will take a little over 7 days and we'll raise over $200,000 for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
There are only a handful of knuckleheads out that find this race attractive or even mildly interesting. Much more interesting are the people that inspire them to ride and how those stories stoke a will to survive. My purpose is to help stoke that will.
It takes me more than one hand to count the number of friends and family in a current battle against cancer. We can continue to do a little more right now.
This site makes it very easy to contribute. My goal is $5,000. Any amount you can contribue is appreciated and goes directly Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Please send me a note at Joe@dovetailhomes.com if you have any troubles or want more information. I also encourage you to track the Georgia Chain Gang on Facebook . Links are all below. Every little bit helps stoke the will. Thank you.
All the best,
Joe
