Racing to Save Lives

Welcome to the Georgia Tech Team's Team In Training home page.

The Geogia Tech Team is training to participate in endurance events ranging from a 10K race to a full marathon as members of The

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In

Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin

lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.

A Little Background Information on the Georgia Tech Team

Two years ago the first Georgia Tech Team was founded with 7 participants, now there are close to 40 Georgia Tech students participating in TNT. It is pretty remarkable that students at one of the hardest colleges in the country take time out of their day to train and fundraise for TNT and LLS. Over the past two years the Georgia Tech team has raised over $19,000, and with your support that trend is looking to continue. We are all aware of the economic hardships that some have faced due to the downturn of the economy, however every donation no matter how small makes a difference. Hopefully the accumulation of these donations will soon result in a cure, and ultimately and end, to the fight against blood cancer.

As a reminder we are completing this event

in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people

are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the

ultimate finish line - a cure!

Please make a donation to support my team's participation in Team In

Training and help advance LLS's mission.

We hope you will visit my web site often. Be sure to check back

frequently to see our progress. Thanks for your support!
