Racing to Save a LIFE

Greetings!


WELCOME TO MY TRAINING HOME PAGE.


This year I will be competing in the POCONO IRONMAN 70.3. This race consist of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike and a 13.1 mile run whew lol. This is a major step up from my Olympic endeavors last year. I am excited and nervous all in the same breathe. I am mostly feeling encouraged.


The amount of support I recieved last year was tremendous! I was moved to tears when I found out that WE had surpassed the fundraising quota by $500 all because of the generous donations from family, friends and coworkers I was truely touched.



This year I want to take it to the next level! Last year I raced in honor of my aunt Jackie who is a breast cancer survivor this year I will race in honor of her as well as other of YOUR loved ones who have beaten this disease or have passed away from it. On Race Day I will wear a pin for each of the patients and former patients I am running for!
