Rock & Run Benefit

My sister and I are hosting a Shippan 5k on Sunday, June 27 at 11 am.
Walk, run, bike, crawl, or dance your way 3.1 miles around Shippan and end at our house for some grub. We will have your standard BBQ foods, desserts, water and beer for all.
We encourage you to dress up if you would like. Prizes for fastest guy, fastest girl, and, if we have any contestants, best costume.
Like all charitable road-races, there is a great cause involved. We ask for a $15 donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This donation includes a REALLY fun run with fun people AND food and drinks when you finish.
Tell everyone, bring everyone. If you need directions, let us know.
See you all Sunday at 11 am!
P.S. If you are not interested/able to run, walk, etc., feel free to come over anyway to support the cause!
