Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

I'm training to participate in a 100-mile century ride event and the Disney Goofy Challenge full and half marathon event weekend, as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

Along with all those I am participiating in honor and memory of in the past, my family lost two more friends to Leukemia in January, my aunt to lung cancer in February, and my grandfather to pancreatic cancer in July. I am still persisting in this fight to find a cure. WE HAVE TO FIND A CURE! If we find a cure for one type of cancer, we can find one for the rest of them.

Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission. I appreciate any help you can give me in my fundraising. I realize the economy is not all that great right now, but cancer doesn't care and I don't want to lose anyone else.
